Despite the benefits afforded by vaccines, a lot of people ignore how they work and some even distrust them. Vaccination protects the community. The health of others depends in part on whether you are vaccinated. Vaccines save millions of lives; they are the best and sometimes the only way to fight microbes. By @microbioblog
